Documenting your belongings with THE DOCUMENTARY assures your insurance claims will be processed efficiently and effectively.

2. What other uses would I have for THE DOCUMENTARY Home Documentary CD? There are many. The information contained on the CD will be useful in the event of a separation or divorce, pre-nuptial agreement, wills, household organization, and for the traveler. If you come up with any other ideas, let us know.

3. Who keeps the Home Documentary CD? All packages and custom packages include a free CD for you to keep and put in your safety deposit box or for your insurance company's file. Additional CDs can easily be obtained for an additional $10.00.

4. What if my CD is lost, stolen or destroyed? The Documentary can retain an original CD for a period of ten (10) years for $25.00.

5. How do I get the CD to work on my PC? Installation instructions are included with an easy to understand manual with every CD purchase. All other software questions can be answered by emailing  support@thedocumentary.com.

6. What if I buy something new after THE DOCUMENTARY CD has been made? Updates can easily be made and we suggest updating annually. Generally customers contact us after the Holiday Season when most large purchases are made.

7. What if I just want a video or photographs? Custom packages are available.
